Inspired by what life has to offer and contribute
Originally from Switzerland, where I was raised between the Geneva Lake and the stunning Alps. In my leisure time, I relish gastronomy, outdoor adventures, socialising with friends, and engaging in various sports. Since 2002, I've made Singapore my home and have been fortunate to travel and explore remarkable places, meet diverse and interesting individuals, and experience diverse cultures across continents.
Connecting the dots with my professional background and life experience, I now specialise in integrative coaching, creativity management, branding, leadership, and wellbeing. I also assist business owners in establishing their personal or corporate identity and developing strategies for effective brand communication, network building, and visibility enhancement. I work with individuals in transition, helping them navigate changes, career shifts, initial job placements, cultural challenges, self-confidence issues, and wellness development. I support my clients in designing purposeful pathways to their success.
In my personal life, I've embarked on the adventure of moving to a new continent with a different culture and languages, where I've spent over two decades. The responsibilities of marriage and family have been instrumental in my personal growth. I wear various other hats in life, including that of a colleague, daughter, sister, friend, spouse, and mother to two teenagers. My own career journey has seen transitions from a decade in Haute Couture fashion design to over ten years in multimedia and corporate identity.
Over the last ten years, I've nurtured my interests in personal development, leadership, parenting, nutrition, and wellness. My commitment to physical well-being and meditation led me to attain certification as a Yoga Instructor in 2018. My professional experiences and personal interests ultimately led me to focus on human well-being and become a certified coach.
As a member of the International Coaching Federation, I uphold the highest standards of client privacy and adhere to our professional code of ethics. My coaching methodology is rooted in the latest industry research, incorporating NLP techniques, cognitive biases, and limiting beliefs strategies.
